I.R.I.S. – Archive & Document Management Assistant

For one of our clients in Luxembourg, we are looking for an Archive & Document Management Assistant.

Mission

  • Manage the daily administration of a solution Electronic Document Management (EDM), (creation of user accounts, update of metadata, identification and communication of bugs, system configuration)
  • Coordinate the EDM system of development projects in collaboration with the IT team
  • Work on testing phases and drafting specifications in the development of GOL system
  • Check the creation of documents in the EDM system
  • Identifying, indexing, filing, archiving documents in both paper and electronic format
  • Qualifications
  • The position will require experience in the following: Minimum 1 year relevant archiving or document management experience in a corporate or banking information service
  • Minimum University degree in Information Management (BAC +2)
  • Certificate/Diploma of complementary studies (2 years), preferably in archives or document management studies would be an advantage
  • Experience of using document management systems for records identification, registration, filing, storage, retention, preservation and conservation in both paper and electronic format
  • Good knowledge of archiving and document management standards practices and procedures
  • Good knowledge of the life cycle of a document and records management requirements
  • Very Good knowledge in English
  • Experience of document management systems eg. Opentext Content Server and/or Microsoft Sharepoint would be an advantage
